Goat Cheese Salad with Raspberries
Ingredients for 4 persons
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of Balsamico Vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil (extra vierge)
1 bag of field salad
3 spring onions
100 grams soft goat cheese, in pieces
1 pack of raspberries
Preparation
1. Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan and let them cool down on a plate
2. Stir the vinegar and oil in a bow. Add salt and pepper to your taste
3. Cut the spring onions and divide them together with the salad between the 4 plates
4. Add the oil-vinegar dressing and the goat cheese, raspberries and pine nuts
