Women Fighting Weight Problems

Let's stick together and fight this out! Yes, it is a support group. But it's a lot better loosing weight with someone than losing weight alone.

I am a mom of 4 beautiful kids! My first 2 pregnancies were a breeze...took the weight off right away!! But then I had my two girls only 13months apart and I packed on the weight....90 pounds to be exact!! I had no energy to get through my day; I was depressed, and very unhappy! All my life I had always been a small girl, I was always at a size3 to 5 depending on brand...always at 115-120...so hitting over 200 pounds and a size 17 jean was very devastating!! After I was cleared by my doctor to start diet and exercise...I worked out all the time and literally tried every diet out there!! Some of the so called DIETS actually made me gain weight! I was at a breaking point and thought "this is it, this is my life now, I will never be that small skinny me again" I WAS WRONG!! Just when I had given up God sent an angel to me!! She is now a good friend of mine and I am so thankful that we bumped into each other at a craft fair!! She introduced me to this wonderful company and their amazing products! I was very skeptical at first...in fact I refused to even get on the phone with her for fear of her trapping me into a "FAD DIET" like so many had already! After a few weeks of texting, and emailing I gave in!! I am so glad I did! In my first 14 days I had lost 13 pounds and 7.5 inches...down a complete jean size!!! I had loads of energy and I felt like a mom again! I was outside playing, running, laughing..Things that I hadn’t done with my kids in a long time!! NOW a year later I am down 60 pounds and over 40 inches...10 inches off my waist alone!! I went from a size 17 jean to a size 7/8!! I eat what I want except for the last week of the month when I do an 8 day challenge just to rev up my fat burning mode again! I have a busy busy life so my work outs have been limited to walking 2.5 miles 3 times a week. I do plan on hitting the gym again once the summer slows down! These products gave me my life back, gave my kids the mom they deserve, and the wife my husband married! I still have a ways to go but I will get there, nothing happens over night! It’s not magic it is a lifestyle. I wanted to share this with you because I want to help you gain control of your life like I did. I am not here to sell you anything, I just want to share. THanks. I had the same experience with pregnancy. WIth my daughter I was back to pre=preganancy weight in like a week! But after both of my sons I gained a lot of weight and only lost a small portion of it. By the time it was all said and done, I went from 120lbs to 165lbs.

I've just started trying to lose - even though it is 7 years after my youngest son! Re-phrase - I've tried to lose int the past, to no avail. I've gotten older and I've added more pounds. I'm now in it for the long haul. No giving up!

thats great!! i wish u much luck and if you just tell yourself I AM GOING TO DO THIS... you will reach your goal :)

Hello I'm new to the group I'm from kelowna BC and just hoping to get some good tips especially with motivation I'm a student and a mother to a very hyper 2 year old so I'm finding it very hard to get the energy and motivation to make it to the gym or not grab the quickest thing in the fridge. Any tips? Anyone else from kelowna with the same problem?

I just created a group called "Weight Loss Coffee" for this instant coffee and tea I've started drinking to lose weight. It's not green coffee bean extract either, it's real coffee and green tea that dissolves in hot water and you just drink in place of your usual coffee or tea prepared as you would normally drink it. Hi Susan

first get a physical exam done by your doctor, then you try different exercise programs. For example: Planet fitness Gym, walking at a public park, neighborhood, working out with a buddy.
