Hello, I'm very new to this, just joined a day ago and started using it today when I went to the gym. This is a feedback/question:
Some exercise that I do, I'm not able to find it in the list of preloaded exercises so I wanted to see if there is a way to custom enter certain exercises. For example if you do a Forward lunge they have the option of having dumbells but there are no kettle bells. So I wanted to know if there is option to input an exercise so I can keep track of my progress for an exercise that I could not find on the list.
