Hi there, I am having issues with deleting any challenges i have created. When i try to delete it says that "i do not have permission'

Also despite me updating the app some exercises i have created for a workout plan for my clients do not show up it just appears blank in that slot, what do i ned to do to fix this?

Also, how come the credits for my clients has not renewed when it should have done so by now. I have a feeling i have done something wrong here so please let me know

How does data entered on the app sync with the webpage? I updated data on my app and don't see it on my webpage.

Hi Lauren, I just checked your calendar and there's a lot in there, so I assume it synced in the end? :) Sometimes it takes a while or the app needs to find a stable internet connection first to be able to sync it.

Please add "Push-up Close / Diamond" exercises.

I have added it as my own custom exercise,
but that will not rise counts in the Pushups Challenges.

If I add a workout plan for say 3 week ahead, and after some days I add or change something in the plan, it will not change the plans already added to the calendar. I have to remove the plan in each single day, takes time, and then add the plan again to get the updates. CanĀ“t you change that, so if you make changes in plan it will follow, or at least have some option to update already added plans. Hope you follow what I mean.. :)

Hi Daniel, thanks for your message! I understand what you mean and that would be a great option to have. I have forwarded this to my colleagues and we will see if we can add that. For now, you can best go into your activity calendar and change it there (even though you will have to change it for the different days..) Good luck!

Hi
I`v been using the virtuagym food app and its great but after the lates update i cant log into my account. I only get "server timed out, check if you have a internet connection". My internet connection is ok and I`v tried to delete and reinstall the app a couple of times without any luck.

Hi guys, I have virtuagym as an app on my android phone. Is it possible to watch the workouts online on pc? It seems that it does not start playing on my pc :(

Hi there, thanks for your message! You should be able to watch the workout on the PC, could you tell me which browser you're using? If you are using an old version of Internet Explorer, playing animations might not be supported on that version. Otherwise, send me a screenshot of your screen when it's not playing to support@virtuagym.com!

Hi floor,

My client is using the iphone app and has reported that for the last few days she cannot find 'elliptical' trainer on the activities when she tries to add it to her calendar.

I have tried it on my android app and I have no problem, so could it be an iphone error?

Hi Yaba,
Thank you for your message! There was indeed a small error with syncing a couple of exercises, but we fixed this so your client should be able to find the exercise again. She might need to log out and log back in again before it shows up though :-) Apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi guys, Some of my clients have signed up the the app via the" login with facebook" option, how do we get that changed to login with email and password and access our club app as apposed to virtuagym?

Hi Owen,
If you invite them through your system with the email that's also connected to their facebook account, they will be able to connect their existing account to your portal. Let me know if that works!

Can someone please get back to me ASAP?!?!?! I've email support already but no reply yet.

I no longer have access to my personal or Professional portal. As of yesterday morning I am no longer on the leaderboard with my clients. I have no personal account and no access to my professional account.

Please don't tell me I've lost countless workouts I've logged on my own account?!?!

Hi Mark,
We've looked at your portal and profile and it does seem to be deleted. We are looking into this to see if we can restore your account. At the meantime, I have created a temporary account for you under your work-email. You should have received an invitation for that by now. Please use this account for the next few hours to manage your business and we will get back to you as soon as we've found out more.

Hi Mark, I've just found your previous employee account and since you are still connected to all your clients through that account, have now sent you an invitation for that one. We are going to look into restoring your account, but I'm a little confused. As I can see it, you have a seperate client account and a employee account right? On which one of those did you log your workouts and other stuff?

The personal account. I have confused when I notice that months ago but carried on using it as I thought it was that way.

Right. We have now restored your personal account so you should be able to log in through your personal account (with your personal email) as well. Is there any damage done on your employee account or is that one okay like this?
