I have a question about the workout plan (wizard).
I have dumbbells AND a curlbar but there is no way to select both equipments to be integrated into a workout plan? I would like to build muscle and tone my body. I want/need to gain weight/muscles.

I would like to have a workout plan that integrates both of my available equipment, is there anyone who can help me create a suitable workout for me?

Please help me :)

Hi Hugo,

Thanks for your message.

It is absolutely possible to integrate multiple equipments in your work out plan. When you add exercises, you can choose each time which equipment you want to search for. If you add the exercises to your workout plan by clicking them, you can go back and add more from a different equipment.

I have a question, im not sure if this is the right place to post it but, here goes anyway.
Some exercises had changes, for exemple Biceps Curl Standing Alternated-DBs, it changed from the blond guy to the black hair guy but thats not the problem, the problem is the exercise it self became faster, the same happened to Butterfly-DBs it is way faster then before, i dont want it faster, i want nice, slow and intense. The question i have is this: Is there a way for me to go back or slow it down?
The same happened to the exercise Crunch Double, its now performed in a diferent way.

Hi! I just had a look and it seems our system automatically took you from the ranking due to unrealistic exercise performance. In your calendar it shows things such as side abductions for 500 times, 400 table pushups, etc. That's pretty impossible girl! I can't even do 80 table pushups in a single set, are you some sort of superwoman? ;-)

It's possible cause it's done. I'm going to the gym twice a day and training for triatlon. How could you take me off if it's true? I just put all the push ups together, squats etc. I do it at home too, while I'm washing tv. I didn't know that I can do that. Would you please put me back where I really am?

I'll put the sessions separately drom now on. You should put this rules somewhere in the site. People, like me, could understand that there no problem in put the sessions all together like I did.

For some reason my login no longer reflects me as being the coach (employee), it has me as a standard user? Do you know what is going on?

Hi Jeffery, are you sure that you are logging in at your portal and not at Virtuagym.com? If you log in at Virtuagym.com, you wont be able to access your coach tools. Let me know if that fixed your problem or not!

Ok, I just check and all seems to be fine. You are probably in your personal environment. You can switch back to your staff account using the drop-down arrow on the top right. Please let me know if this fixed your issue, thanks!

Hey guys, I've just noticed that the exercise "Bench Press narrow - Smith Machine" doesn't seem to have any fields to input the weight being used, please could this be added?

I still have the log in problem when using virtuagym on my laptop. I have to press the "lost login information" and set a new password everytime I want to log in on my profile.
When i try to log in using my user and password my homepage appear but I cant add, write anything and in the top corner it says "log in"..

Please make sure the "remember me" box is checked, some users experience issues when unchecking that box. We're working on a solution!

Hi!
I have suggestion about nutrition plan's app. It would be much esear to add food with option to "construct" it:
- choose indigrients food contains;
- set aprocimate proportions of them as well as total size of portion.
As it is now, I do not recognise which food I use and which I don't. But this way would be more flexible and would fit better to different countries.
I agree...it is a bit too time consuming to use as it is now.

How do i copy mt entire day of workout to another day?

Hi Carlo,

Thanks for your message!

You can copy your workout of the entire day by going to the activity calendar, going to the day you want to copy, and tick the little box to the right of "activities this day", this will give you the option "copy to".

Are you on your phone or on the website? You can only copy an entire work-out day in your activity calendar on the website
