Hi. Our Iphone clients have had problems since updating the app. The logos and descriptions do not show on each exercise when they are searching. All they see is the time (e.g. 30sec) What can be done about this?
If I add a workout plan for say 3 week ahead, and after some days I add or change something in the plan, it will not change the plans already added to the calendar. I have to remove the plan in each single day, takes time, and then add the plan again to get the updates. Can´t you change that, so if you make changes in plan it will follow, or at least have some option to update already added plans. Hope you follow what I mean.. :)
Hi I`v been using the virtuagym food app and its great but after the lates update i cant log into my account. I only get "server timed out, check if you have a internet connection". My internet connection is ok and I`v tried to delete and reinstall the app a couple of times without any luck.
Hi guys, Some of my clients have signed up the the app via the" login with facebook" option, how do we get that changed to login with email and password and access our club app as apposed to virtuagym?

Hi Yaba, it should be fixed by simply logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work, it should help to adjust something to the custom made activities. Change a value or add a picture. Let me know if that worked!
