If you enter a decimal in front of a unit eg 0.5 scoop then it comes up as 100 scoops. You then have to edit it. Happens with everything.

I notice you have cholesterol added to the metrics. Total cholesterol by itself is a bit misleading. Total cholesterol, HDL-Cholesterol [the healthy sort] and Triglycerides and maybe cholesterol ratio would be more useful.

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to start a total weight liftet 2013 challenge and make it track weight lifted from january 1. 2013 to 31.december 2013? so it tracks the weight I have allready liftet

Hi! The challenges only support activities / performance tracking from today's date. But you could start a challenge from now until the end of the year. At 1st of January 2014 you could do it for the whole year. ;)

You can if you are a pro member. When you search for an activity and no results come up there will be a button to create your own activity.

I have a few nutritional goals I want to achieve but these can't be set up anywhere yet. For example I would like to eat 30 g of protein at breakfast every day. I can track the food already but it would be nice to be able to add it as a challenge.

Hello, I'm very new to this, just joined a day ago and started using it today when I went to the gym. This is a feedback/question:

Some exercise that I do, I'm not able to find it in the list of preloaded exercises so I wanted to see if there is a way to custom enter certain exercises. For example if you do a Forward lunge they have the option of having dumbells but there are no kettle bells. So I wanted to know if there is option to input an exercise so I can keep track of my progress for an exercise that I could not find on the list.

Hi Hugo, thanks for the response, appreciate it. Do you know if there is any way to input without being a Pro member? I feel like a lot of exercises are missing/inaccessible to the regular member. For example when I go through my routines for the week, about 30-40% of the exercises I do are not there so I end up using substitute exercises that are preloaded to keep track. Thanks.

Wgats is the point of Fitness Points? The just accumulate for no reason?

If you look under the Community tab you will see a league table based on the number of fitness points that you earn. It provides motivation: you can compare and compete against other people.

what i don't like about them  is that it doesn't take the minutes of exercise into account. i have well over 100000 minutes and i haven't been able to move up in rank.

It will be nice to choose for each category the appropriate unit. For exeple:

For Speed: Km/h or mile/h
For weight: Pound of kg
For distance: km or miles

It will be better because you can choose for each category how you wan showing the information.

Hi David, why would you like to have this option? Do you for example use kilograms and miles together or pounds and kilometers? And is that common or something specific for your region? We have now set it as either kilometers and kilograms OR pounds and miles (metrics & imperial).

In Quebec, for exemple, we use the unit km and km/h (metric) for distance and speed. For the weight, we usually use the imperial system, like pound. Is important for us to have the possibility to use both.

I think that each region have someting specific. So have the possibility to chose each unit for speed, weight and distance will be verry appreaciated,

Hi David, under Settings-Personal you can choose both the unit for speed and distance as well as that of weight. Hope this helps!

Ah, yes. So it's already possible to set it indepently.. :) As Paul said: go to Settings -> Personal to adjust!
