This group is for anyone who is in college to where they can discuss issues, ask questions, or comment in anything ranging from barriers/facilators to staying active to nutrition!
Classes start on the 27th for me, which means insane schedule of 19 hours (I must really be crazy). But since I'm walking to class, and I have some free time in the afternoons Tuesdays and Thursdays to go to the student rec, I'll be trying to get my workouts in while I'm at school. When does everyone else start classes?
